Subscription Policy

Some products in our store are available as a subscription through our Subscribe and Save program.

How it works:
When you subscribe, you select the number of bottles you want and receive an automatic delivery every 4 weeks. Your payment method is stored securely and charged automatically before each shipment. Many customers subscribe to multiple bottles to share with friends or family members who also have dogs on the protocol.

Pricing:
Your first 3 subscription orders receive a 20% discount applied automatically. Starting from your 4th order onward, the recurring discount adjusts to 5% off for as long as your subscription remains active.

Minimum commitment:
All subscriptions require a minimum of 2 orders before cancellation is available. This means your subscription will process at least 2 deliveries (8 weeks) before you are eligible to cancel. You can still modify the number of bottles in your subscription during this period.

Changes and cancellations:
After your minimum 2 orders have been fulfilled, you can cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees beyond the minimum commitment. Your order confirmation emails contain links to manage your subscription. You can also manage your subscription by visiting our website and logging into your account.

If you cancel before your next billing date, you will not be charged again. Cancellation does not apply retroactively to orders that have already been processed or shipped.
