Refund Policy

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind Selvanto with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 60 days of receiving your order.

Refunds are issued for unopened bottles only. If you purchased a multi-bottle bundle and opened one bottle, you are eligible for a refund on the remaining unopened bottles. For example, if you purchased the Buy 2 Get 1 Free bundle (3 bottles) and opened 1 bottle, you would receive a refund for the 2 unopened bottles. The opened bottle is not eligible for a refund.

To request a refund, contact us at tryselvanto@gmail.com with your order number. Unopened bottles must be returned before a refund is issued. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The 60-day guarantee applies to your first purchase only. If you have previously received a refund on Selvanto, subsequent orders are not eligible for the guarantee.

Subscription orders:
Subscription orders are eligible for the 60-day guarantee on the first shipment only, subject to the same unopened-bottle requirement. If you wish to stop future charges, you must cancel your subscription before your next billing date. Refunds are not issued for subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped if cancellation was not requested prior to billing. Damaged or incorrect orders:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at tryselvanto@gmail.com. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Please include a photo of the damaged or incorrect item so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund processing:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at tryselvanto@gmail.com.

European Union customers:
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unopened, in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
